Then the LORD God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone…”
Fortunately my brothers and sister’s in Christ have my back, and so far I’ve yet to spend an evening alone this week - But I sure do miss Nic and Ben. He better not like, start talking or something while they’re [...]

Dinner Theater: Cute, but why are all our dinner theater experiences always affected by flamboyantly gay people?
Hotel: Very rustic and homey, but cozy and comfortable.
Latern-lit Chasm Tour: Closed, but man would it have been cool if it were open.
Ed Young: FANTASTIC! Just… awesome.

Yesterday, after a 2 hour meeting where I had to do most of the talking, I handed off part one of the project I’ve essentially been working toward since I started to QA. - connected to a Windows PC over USB

Don’t try doing it in the States right now.
When we moved here, it seemed like a good gamble. We could make 20% more on our Canadian dollar, just by working in the States. Now it seems the tables have turned — the sad little CAN$ is now worth slightly more than the US$. Which means [...]

Today is the alpha release of phase 1 of my project. Thursday it gets handed off to QA for intense testing — which will undoubtedly uncover some bugs. Nonetheless, this is the result of a lot of work by me, and two other team mates who’s creative solutions to the problems I pose are doing [...]

Today’s my birthday — which means it’s also Nic’s sister’s birthday. Happy Birthday Pammy!
I am now officially in my “late 20s.” Blech.
Shout-outs to Bill Coleman too, for his birthday on Wednesday. He remains older than me.
